Central venue surveys

Depending on the nature of the survey, central venue testing takes place at various locations i.e. shopping centres, community centres, our offices, township venues etc. This allows us to interview volumes of people in a controlled environment under supervision. This is a cost effective and time saving method.

Shopper behaviour

This technique involves the selection of 10-20 customers who are each provided with a set of specialised glasses. They then carry on with their shopping as normal. The glasses allow us to record their actual movement in store and which products attract their attention. Once they have finished shopping, an interview is conducted with each respondent. On completion of the research, the client is provided with a comprehensive analysis of shopping behaviour.
